» VAERA

Whilst the city and surrounding life may be young, Vaera isn't a young planet. Bustling with life and magic that pulses through it's core, Vaera thrums with untapped energy just waiting to be let out. The surface is lush, covered in plant life of all sorts. Myra, Vaera's oldest resident and caretaker, collects new foliage and fauna at near every planet they are able to make pitstops onto. Because of Myra's efforts, Vaera is quickly becoming a place full of a diverse array of life. However, a quick look around the surface will show that there is nothing alive on planet that has been there for more than fifteen years. Trees and plants are young, the dirt that covers the ground is young, the animals are young.

But the magic flowing through the planet's core is old. Ancient and kind, accessible to those who ask nicely for it. Vaera is sentient and controls the flow, although for residents who are more magic-sensitive, they'll be able to sense the thrum of it through the core with ease at all times.

» THE CAPITOL

The Capitol is new. But despite how young it is, the main streets are always bustling. Home to over two hundred different species and seventeen hundred residents, it spans over three hundred kilometers to leave plenty of room for new arrivals. Every trip on the shuttle to neighboring planets brings more and more newcomers on planet, too, eager to help solve the mystery of the Between. But not only are there residents who have come to help, there are several who are refugees within the Capitol as well. Those who felt they did not belong on their own home planet, those who had nowhere else to turn to but to start a new life among an open crowd.

This is also what makes the Capitol so rich with different cultures and ideas. Numerous individuals from numerous different sides of the world all joined together to form one city and expand out passed it. One can be walking down the street of the Capitol and pass a friendly family restaurant on one side, a store selling wares from numerous planets on the other, and a strip club joint two buildings down, next to a fruit stand.

» FUNKY FRESH

A 90s inspired arcade/eatery/club/.. whatever else one can think of. Owned by Vax and Xav, their obsession for Earthly culture really shines inside of their own business! There are several old arcade games stacked against a wall, a small restaurant run inside of it, a bar against the opposite wall, and a stage set in the middle. Think Chuck E Cheese's, with demin jacket uniforms for it's employees.

» SICC BEATZ

For all your musical needs. Sicc Beatz has an ever-changing staff roster and can't seem to keep anyone for longer than a few months due to it's owner, Lkold's, loud mouth and inability to let an argument go--but it's selection of tunes and musical players is vast. While some of them are obviously not meant to be used by humans (see, small metal pipes that are inserted directly through the ear canal and placed against the brain), there are several older ones that look like they could have come from an Apple store, back in 2005.

» HOWLERS

An old fashioned building near the center of town, Howlers serves beverages of all sorts. Tea, weird space goop, alcohol, fizzy purple drinks with a name impossible to pronounce using a human tongue but that tastes like one would expect rainbows to taste. It's owned by a large Serpenoid named Trizz, who is usually stationed behind the bar's counter.

» POTAT

A restaurant, dedicated to potatoes. Everything is potatoes. Fries. Mashed potatoes. Baked potatoes. Potato cookies. Potato chips. Potato waffles. Did you want something that wasn't made with potatoes? Go someplace else.
